So due to the extensive amount of mold, we're going to have to toss most of our furniture. Couches, mattresses, cheap bookcases. I think we can sand and refinish good wood. Bed frames are metal.

Absofuckinglutely. This is why I have been pleading with people not to make me vote for this man. He's horrible on Trans rights and treatment of the unhoused, off the top of my head.
A truth too bitter for a lot of people on here to swallow is that Gavin Newsom should be opposed at practically all costs in the 2028 primary, but that, if he regrettably wins it, not voting for him in the general would be abetting fascism
