Look who was out on the Raccoonobahn possibly hunting squirrels this afternoon!!!!
Grey fox running up and down, squirrels all up in the trees chattering away as were the birds. I slowed the first 30secs or so so we could see him/her better. I went out and saw him in person. 😍

My next Christmas Dinner suggestion - vegan haggis. It can be served with roast potatoes, veg & gravy or served Scottish style with neeps (mashed turnip/swede), tatties (potatoes), extra veg & a creamy whisky sauce
