I often make tofu schnitzels, but you need to freeze the firm tofu first, thaw it, and then use it. It’s great torn and then crumbed or battered to fry like chicken, or like a schnitzel, or as strips. Freezing and thawing gives it a great, chewy texture.

Today was the day! This morning the stones I've been painting went out into the world! (See post 1) Raymond and I took them down the street to where our community of people who are refugees live in container homes, and I randomly placed them for kids to find! 3 of 3.

To mi je ispred ogledala gdje imam koju kremu, hair brush, i par takvih stvari. On to negdje vidio za €10 pa mi kupio. Bilo je prije u prozoru neke trgovine i gadna boja, pa mi je prefarbo.
