i had to drive through Lambertville (because Medicaid assigned me to a doctor in fucking New Hope, PA, who i couldn't actually see using NJ Medicaid, still pissed about that) and i had the horrific realization that "boutique designer dispensary" is a thing here and i cannot afford to set foot in one

also ohhhh my god state level regulatory differences mean that in MA i would see "live resin" vs "live rosin" and shrug. here that difference is so critical and i literally cannot afford live rosin. i just upgraded from distillate to live resin and that's it lol

first month here i could only afford a really grody distillate cart (i tried so hard to find something that didn't reek of fake fruity candy, at least, but it's all fuckin $45 and up for a gram), and that accidentally became a tolerance break, it was setting off my asthma so bad i couldn't use it

I needed it to get my ADHD meds but they were like "you should really have the autism diagnosis confirmed by neuropsych testing because then you might have access to more resources", that got me access to the 0 existing resources for "low support needs" adults, and my name on RFK's eugenics shitlist

i'm not pursuing diagnosis, like i don't think i am gonna go back for another neuropsychological evaluation of any kind, at least not until i am subject to a more normal-style government. back when i got it my insurance wouldn't cover a full eval, just specific neuropsych testing for ADHD and autism
