Calling the results 'ridiculous' because your 'team' are losing badly IN SPITE OF that majority demonstrates that you are missing the bit where it is the actions of the government that have caused this drop in popularity and if they want it to go the other way, they need to start making lives better

Assuming you are genuine, this kind of polling is ALWAYS being done, some people like to see a POTENTIAL snapshot of the political landscape of a moment. It's interesting and simultaneously nauseating to see how the manipulation of language is employed by politicians and the media to obfuscate facts and encourage people to vote against their best interests. I am also grateful for the concise response that confirms how I thought it was and I agree!
