Nevertheless, I’m not a big fan of the diagnostic pathway of self-understanding (for myself), but I enjoy playing with the idea of different neurology in ways that feel more expansive to me.

I guess I feel like there’s no way of describing my difference just yet and I’m not sure I want one.

Out of curiosity I checked whether introverted intuitives (MBTI) are more likely to have a neurodivergent diagnosis and it seems we are.

I’ve found the neurodivergence movement really helpful for supporting me to think about both myself and others in more creative and compassionate ways.
