Mmhmm. I hear that. Getting to the end of a director's works for the first time is kinda sorta somewhat like finishing a book that you're really into.

Yeah, you know that you'll *have* to complete it, but you also know that there has to be some reluctance to complete that journey.

Oh, Extended Mall Hours is the GOAT of all that jazz. Of the official stuff, though? I have to skew towards the extended cut. Awesome that you dig the Extended Mall Hours version as well!

As for other Romero jazz? Day of the Dead will have to factor in, same as Land. Night is a Halloween tradition!

For Halloween season, of course!

It's the original theatrical version, so you KNOW it's not going to be my only viewing. There's the extended cut and the European cut and the Extended Mall Hours version that combines all known footage!

between this and the ICE ads on Spotify, YouTube randomly doing AI edits of creator's videos without their consent, and the U.S. government taking over TikTok, I think I'll just get really into collecting music on CDs and start bringing books with me everywhere again.
