I’ve changed my mind rooting for a trolleydodgers sweep so I can be insufferable about the fightins being the only team to beat them in the playoffs
1) m’s
2) bj’s

The Phillies are the only team that can get Ohtani and themselves out in the postseason

Just some completely irresponsible speculation from a combination of local idiots and reporters who are respected nationally. The trade speculation made no sense from what Dombrowski said, team building, who Bryce is, or contractual situation. Just the dumbest people out there.
The Invitation (2022). Fantastic premise and direction right up until the last 20 minutes where it devolves into a b-movie horror after what felt like an elevated story. You could see the twist coming but it didn’t prevent it from being boring. The two leads are great though. 7.5/10
Weapons (2025). Sadly a bit overhyped IMO. The acting and cinematography is great. The built up suspense and nonlinear storytelling is something horror needs more of. However the end of this gets a bit goofy and silly for me to elevate it to the ‘great’ level. 8/10
35. Alan Wake 2 (2023). I have more thoughts than can be put in a msg, so expect more in the article. A much deeper and meaningful experience than 1. Saga is a great protagonist. I love the case boards & Mind Place. The use of live-action is seamless with fantastic graphics. That ending tho… 8.5/10
would have scored higher if it was actually portrayed as a horror comedy!
Malignant (2021). I don't know how this has a positive RT score, but I absolutely hated this. Acting is bad, along with the premise and directing. Its 30 minutes too long and felt like a chore to get through. Maybe it is for some, but not me. 4/10
Heretic (2024). Love a thoughtful psychological horror with a point. A point that I've often pondered over the years (I won't give anything away). Hugh Grant's performance was great, along with the two female leads (Sophie Thatcher is a rising star). 9/10
I had no idea they still made Puppet Master films
Wrong Turn (2003). Something about 00's slasher flicks that I just love and find charming in some way. This isn't a good film by any stretch, but it had great practical effects, features a terrifying Bad, and doesn't overstay its welcome. If you liked Hills Have Eyes reboot, you'll love this. 6/10
Don't Move (2024). A creepy premise of a woman trying to escape a serial killer after being injected w/ a paralyzing drug. There are personal struggles here that are interesting with the aforementioned woman's will to live prior to the events of the films that work well. It was a fun ride. 7/10

Here's the deal: anyone who says "Christ is King" is against the US and the Constitution, and by their own theological principles we should remove their right to vote, at every level of society. Total disenfranchisement.
Chip Roy: "The truth is the marxist, radicals, and Islamists the Democratic Party promoted this weekend, they cannot handle the truth. The truth is that there is a king and that king is Jesus. And the president has been willing to say it, & Charlie Kirk was willing to say it & he got killed for it."

The only team that had a real chance of beating the Dodgers was eliminated already
Poltergeist (1982). Shocking its taken me this long to watch. Its a real rollercoaster of a film and has some genuine scares. You can also see that Spielberg flare even though he is only credited as a "producer". The acting is great and affects have aged nicely. I can see why its a "classic". 8/10
Blink Twice (2024). A poignant twisted tale that unfolds in a natural way as the veil is lifted on both the women and the viewer. The pacing is great and it delivers a terrific payoff. Acting is spotty at times, but this is a great horror flick. 8.5/10
