An outpouring of grief was set to sweep Hong Kong on Saturday as an official, three-day mourning period began with a moment of silence for the 128 people killed in one of the city’s deadliest fires.

i dont celebrate the genocide of the indigenous. however, i do take today (and every day) to remind myself to be extremely grateful to the things and people in my life. i am incredibly fortunate, and i have experienced things my ancestors couldn't even dream of.

A widely circulated clip of this interaction yesterday is missing this crucial angle- where you can clearly see that this neighbor didn’t trip on the curb, they were callously thrown to the ground by an officer after being pepper sprayed in the face.
Riddle me this, how in the fuck is this making our communities any safer? This ICE agent sprays this disabled woman directly in the face in St Paul, Minnesota with pepper spray and then throws her to the ground. I hope she sues the hell out of ICE for this‼️#Abolish 🧊🧊🧊
