tbh it speaks to the ways ablism is so entrenched in american society that, collectively, we jump to blame individuals, judging their disabilities, instead of than pushing the massive, multibillion dollar corporation to do better when *they* design the spaces, manage operations, and hold the power.
it’s not “faking” disability to acknowledge that, in its quest to maximize profits at the expense of the guest experience, disney management has put guests in position where of COURSE they will seek out a free option that will make a wdw vacation less physically and financially taxing.

yup! plus, paying out the ass for LLs you book in advance won’t work if, like many disabled folks, your accessibility needs can change *moment to moment*. things like blood sugar, mast cells, chronic fatigue, sensory processing… not stuff you can count on to book a $25 return window for (per person)
