Those Salah quotes don’t bode well for Arne Slot. Were this simply a declining player hitting out as he’s justifiably sidelined, then it’d be different. But many of those selected ahead of him aren’t justifying it, which makes it seem like the issue is the setup, not one man.

We’ve been fucked by that offside. Think at 1-1 we get some belief, but instead it acts as another goal for them and the whole confidence is like a two goal swing. You never know what an early goal can do #lfc

Not sure where I saw it on here, but I agree that we’re a bit like City once they lost Rodri last season. A team with no proper defensive structure, flailing around the pitch hoping something lands nicely in Haaland’s lap.

Just seen an #NUFC fan refer to Isak as Goaldemort and that’s made me lol. We’ve been there with Owen, Xabi, Torres, Suarez, Coutinho, even Trent perhaps… and I agree that humour is the best way to go about dealing with it.
