Someone needs to check Gakpo’s hard drive if so

Is confidence fragile because they don’t trust each other or is confidence fragile because they’ve got no clue how to pick themselves up, front up to the opposition and have some tactical nouse as to how to ride it out? If its the first, we have a problem. If it’s the latter a good coach solves it.

I think their managers are the right level to be maximising the potential from their respective squads. Some are even overachieving, perhaps. But right now there is evidence that Arne’s tactics and man management has become ineffective.

The vulnerability is absolutely unbearable right now. And we’re so fortunate that there’s a 5th place which might save our bacon.

Looking forward to Thursday nights next season Chad?

It is mad, but we’re exactly where our effort, concentration and execution deserve to be. A team half packed of superstars but no cohesion.

I could be wrong, but were all three that came on regular starters and had been rested for tonight? Says more about their view on us!

Exactly this! The fact that Spurs and Palace have won more silverware than Arsenal over the past 5 years says it all.

He’s been making a living with that exact challenge ever since his Brighton days.

He’s the most horrible footballing bastard in the league these days. Glad he’s finally been given a red for something he does every game. Shame though, as this is a spicy one so far!

Did WH miss the memo it was a Prem game and not a testimonial?

Bollocks. That’s him undroppable for the rest of the season

Unless PSG or Bayern are the ones tempting him?

But don’t worry lad, it’s what being a red is all about. We back them to the hilt. These results are pain free for all of us. No complaints lingering in the bottom half. Sometimes you’ve got to lose 10 in a row for it to click.

Jacob Murphy has pace and the mental capacity to defend though…

Behave yourself. Stop being so damn accurate with your factual assessment of our comparable level in the Prem. The good folk on here don’t want perspective. The fairytale of a mid-table finish with zero accountability is in touching distance. How dare we vent otherwise.

Fucking hell I cannot like this post enough.
November 22, 2025 at 5:27 PM
The work ethic and concentration is an interesting point. Jurgen’s heavy metal often meant we’d leave it all on the field, regardless of result. We cruise for large portions of games and the ability to turn it on when need becomes harder.

Did they miss Arne do fist pumps to the Kop after the final whistle?

Don’t believe you. Your gardener always clears the leaves from the path!
