I lit a fire under them first thing, they punted and referred me to someone else. I spoke to the woman at the front desk, turns out her husband has similar heart problems and she got me in for the needed procedure tomorrow morning.

Thank all the Gods someone finally got off their ass.

I don't think so, I've been firing them one by one as they screw up and filing complaints. with the hospital administrator. I'll def be filing a complaint over this one as well. Might also consult with a malpractice attorney but I don't have any money to hire one tho so ;-/

I fired my original doc for the same kinda incompetence and have an appointment with a new one in a week or so.

They did an upper GI scope that was ordered by the surgeon for the ablation so we got that done but the other procedure was a complete waste of time and did nothing to forward my progress, I'm basically back at square one after five weeks waiting for this clown to do his job.

Oh he didn't forget, they straight up lied to me. His nurse told me after the fact that "this location doesn't do that particular surgery" So he knew he wouldn't be doing what needed to be done and just chose not to tell me.

topping it off, the office that was supposed to be setting up the procedure I was supposed to have had today and promised to call by end of day, didn't call.

I'm going to be killed by incompetence long before I die of heart disease.
