I once owned a 1986 Buick Regal for less than 12 hours. I was hit by an older lady running a stop sign on the way home from buying the car in the morning, and that evening I sold it on to a local lowrider crew. I just didn't want to deal with the body repair.

These walls have been in place for a long time in Montreal. Montreal-Ouest fences itself off from Lachine on several of its roads, and of course there's the infamous Acadie fence that separates the rich and poor in the central part of the city.

The cost of participating in the economy is enormous from a tech perspective. Why don't we approach the problem from that angle instead?
