This is a reminder to HR people that using the Bradford factor for monitoring absence is discriminatory to disabled people.

Your equality and diversity mean nothing when you have inflexibile policies that penalise disabled people for having more short term absences.

We're gonna scan for a chip and take him to vet for a checkup and to get his fuzzy dice removed if he's a free agent. He's awfully sweet and gentle and I reckon he's probably around the 9 year mark age wise?

So. A little story. This ginger cat has been in our back garden since we moved here 3 months ago. He has been sleeping outside in the hedge. We tried not to feed him in case he was someone's...

We failed after a month because it's getting cold and he's on the skinny side...

I don't think your collective hearts can handle hearing about all the games that got cancelled, or not even greenlit past the initial pitch stage. There is so much good stuff there.

Often cool games can get canned for complicated and sometimes even very good, sensible reasons.

When I say severe I mean, without special lenses or filters all words become soup for me, and I have a lot of challenges with my short term memory. Ask me in a few weeks and I'll remember, ask me the day after and I'll have no clue 🙃

It's a big step for me. I have pretty severe difficulties with reading and remembering, so getting into the scenarios has been challenging, but the table loved it and I loved it and that's all that matters.

Ran my first Call of Cthulhu game on Sunday as the Keeper with my regular table and it went great! We've been going consistently, every week for four, nearly 5 years now and our DM deserves a break from keeping two entire worlds going for this long.

healthy self criticism is perhaps the most important skill to develop as an adult. being able to recognize your own strengths & weaknesses and accepting them humbly. it's amazing how little other people's opinions matter once you've decided to critique yourself openly and honestly.
