The White House has been attacking the ICC for over six months.
Here, you've got the "most sensible guy in the US government" basically saying "we've got nukes so we can do whatever the hell we want".

After calling the Russian ambassador to meet with Moldovan authorities They placed the 6 ft drone at the entrance to the Ambassador’s entrance so the Russians had to walk around the drone as the Russians left.

Well, we let the Germans attack Soviet Russia so that it would be easier for us to reclaim the territories that we lost in a bad peace deal.
We regained control over our territories for three more years and lost them in another bad peace deal.
