Ukraine could have surrendered in 2014. But we didn’t.
Ukraine could have surrendered in 2022. But we didn’t.
And we could surrender now. But we will not.

We. Are. Ukrainians. We will not surrender.
‼️ European countries are now actively training for a scenario once thought unthinkable: the failure of the US to support allies in the event of a Russian attack.

See the thread below for a more in-depth analysis of the current situation and the risks the EU now faces:

Zelensky met with Macron today at the Élysée Palace.

🇫🇷 France’s leadership matters, and every such meeting strengthens our joint resolve to protect Europe from Russian aggression.

As Russia's economy crumbles, they are now stuck in a tax trap to keep funding the war.

Oil revenue is way down, so VAT has been increased and many new taxes were added. But these will decrease spending (and thus tax revenue), meaning higher taxes...🔄

And GDP goes splat.📉🫟

Another example of why you can't trust Russian treaties:

🔹May: Maduro and Putin sign a strategic partnership
🔹October: strategic partnership officially ratified
🔹Maduro immediately asks Putin for military support
🔹Maduro receives 2 potatoes and a middle finger

🚫UA MoD warns: from 2023-07-21 0000, all vessels sailing in Black Sea waters towards seaports of the Russian Federation and Ukrainian seaports located in the territory of Ukraine temporarily occupied by Russia, may be considered by Ukraine as carrying military cargo with all the associated risks.

Politics and War: Reality vs Expectations.

Ambassador Zaluzhnyi explains why a war cannot be conducted successfully without a clearly defined political goal. Without it, strategy loses its logic and the state loses its direction.

Russian oil revenue collapse: Rosneft profits see catastrophic decline.

Drone sanctions have crippled profits according to the Q3 (September) numbers. Q3 2025 was 92%‼️ lower than Q1 2024, and 80% lower than Q3 2024.

And these don't count US sanctions. Q4 losses will be epic.💥

Putin's creating imaginary history again.

From the same delusional mind that said "Ukrainians and Russians are one people": apparently nuclear scientists deliberately shared secrets for "world balance".

Except in reality they were stolen through espionage. Look up Klaus Fuchs.

If this WSJ article is accurate, then we are entering a very dangerous time which will be marked by a return to wars of conquest, in the name of potential short-term profits for a small circle of wannabe American oligarchs:

Make Money Not War: Trump’s Real Plan for Peace in Ukraine
The Kremlin pitched the White House on peace through business. To Europe’s dismay, the president and his envoy are on board.

Russian tax revenue estimates for 2025 are in, and they are terrible.

🔹5 trillion rubles income below planned
🔹Oil and gas🔻21%
🔹Import VAT🔻24%
🔹Import duties🔻19%
🔹Import excise taxes🔻24%
🔹Profit tax and personal income tax🔻 4%
🔹Recycling fee🔻44%

Quite a collapse.📉

NOPEbel Peace Lies: Russia is inventing a new way to suck up to Trump.

According to Russia, the Nobel Prizes for Literature and Peace are marginal and Russian equivalents need to be created.

And given Trump's fixation on the Peace Prize, expect him to get the first NOPEbel.

Black(out) Friday in Kazan.

This video shows the moment a substation exploded with a bright blue flash and a shower of sparks. Note there is no apparent drone heard beforehand.

Russian electrical grid damage may be reaching a critical point now if parts are failing under load.

Karma: two sanctioned oil tankers of Russia's shadow fleet, the Kairos and the Virat, appear to have struck Russian mines in the Black Sea. The Kairos is now burning fiercely.

This is likely to impact Russian oil exports and revenues even further.📉🫟

Yermak has submitted his resignation. I am launching a complete reset of the Office of the President of Ukraine, – Zelensky.

Here's a full video of the RS-28 Sarmat launch on a very suborbital trajectory.

All those overhyped wunderwaffen of Putin's seem to be doing poorly lately. Not much of a sabre-rattle.

I assume they will soon let Medvedev crush another Finlandia so he makes more nuclear threats.
November 28, 2025 at 5:15 PM
Good video of a missile launch failure at Orenburg, with reports of purple smoke after the explosion.

Given Putin's love of sabre-rattling and the timing, it's likely that this was another failed launch of the RS-28 Sarmat ICBM.

Expect denials shortly.

If it's true, if the US is willing to allow borders to be redrawn by force and let aggressors be rewarded, then the gates of hell are about to be opened.

This may prove to be the single most destabilizing and conflict-spawning decision of the 21st century.

A truly Black Friday.

Orban is meeting with Putin, doing his best not to bow too deeply knowing the cameras are watching. And judging by that sour expression, it seems the “boss” won’t be too pleased with him anyway.

🇵🇱 Poland’s Foreign Minister @radek-sikorski.bsky.social sharp, articulate and classy as always:

“Soon the President {Nawrocki} will travel to Hungary, and that’s good. As always, the MFA is preparing professional briefing materials for you.”

Russian economic collapse: crashing Lada demand cuts production in half.

Lada maker AvtoVAZ has been crushed by the crumbling economy:
🔹Sales down 25% in 2025
🔹Vehicle production 40% below plan
🔹Car production and employee wages to be cut in half
🔹3 work shifts cut to 1

It's a total car crash.💥🚗
November 28, 2025 at 8:33 AM
Russian state-owned companies are out of money and not paying suppliers.

All of last year, complaints about 1.5 billion rubles owed were filed; in the FIRST HALF of this year, it's already doubled to 3.6 billion rubles, before revenue crashed in later 2025.

Sanctions work.📉🫟
November 28, 2025 at 7:07 AM
The US tried to pressure Europe to accept the 28 point capitulation plan by warning that Russia is stockpiling long-range missiles which can be used against Europe.

...but haven't they actually just identified why Russia needs to be defeated now? Seems a strange argument to use.

“Russia has neither a vote nor a veto over who can be a member of NATO,” – Rutte
November 27, 2025 at 2:21 PM
Another indicator of Russia's economic collapse: Russian Railways is 4 trillion rubles in debt.

Costs are way up, and traffic and revenue are down due to the broad-based economic issues Russia is trying to hide.

With debts rising and oil revenues dropping, time's almost up.⌛️

Russia is increasingly accepting its role as China's economic vassal.

The head of the St. Petersburg Mining University admitted that Russia is "an integral part of the economy of the great country of China".

OBTW Vladivostok was called 海參崴 until 1860. Might be relevant soon.
