Man kann beklagen, was die Amerikaner in ihre Papiere schreiben oder dass Putin sich nicht rührt. Oder man kann die Stärke Europas endlich nutzen und in den Prozess einbringen. Assets, Schattenflotte, Öl, Gas. Handlungsfähigkeit beweist man am besten dadurch, dass man handelt.

That's very likely, but I don’t read Trump documents as traditional diplomatic or bureaucratic documents. In his second term, he’s sidelined or purged career bureaucrats and installed ideologues at all levels; this should be read as an ideological manifesto, like Project 2025.
