This is a great encapsulation of a thought I've been struggling to neatly express for ages, not only in relation to AI but also to "rational bro" discourse
Some features of language (eg, paradox and metaphor) are seen by reductive thinkers as anomalies in the way language works. They’re in fact typical or even fundamental to language. Creative works foreground these features and riddles make them the very essence. No surprise that LLMs cannot do this.

I’d encourage everyone to do the same and to tell every politician or prospective politician every time you have the opportunity to. We need to get “state housing on state land by a state builder” back on the table
I will not vote for any party that doesn’t firmly and unequivocally commit to building universal social housing by a state agency. If your party’s housing plan involves tinkering around the edges of planning/incentives/regulations or relies on developers or “the market”, you won’t get a vote from me
