Considering I'm living in a homeless shelter, I'd say I qualify as indigent. I'm employed, but I don't make enough to get insurance any other way. There are a lot of able-bodied people who need Medicaid because they can't afford anything else.

Illinois didn't have no-fault divorce until 2016, surprisingly, so the complaining party had to prove there was just cause to dissolve the marriage. My guess is he drank a lot and abused her.
