I've also been told cooking turkey smells weird too. It's why growing up, thanksgiving meals have always been chicken and ham for the meat.

i hold on too tight to myself when i get nervous & i am (unfortunately) often nervous. learn to release that anxiety even though you’ve been conditioned to center it your whole life. just relax. it’s fine. you’ve got this & we’re all rooting for you. ☺️

The view of the river is quite misty in the mornings. Thursday night we had a hard frost, and as things warmed up, a mist covered the river and surrounding hills, creating a surreal, but somewhat magical autumn scene.
