Cops led us into the street as the new “protest zone” and then beat us repeatedly.

Got hit in the face with a baton. Leaving to pick up my friends who were arrested.

Stay safe out there.

This would require me to be a plotter, and I’m a complete pantser. A three act structure may emerge in revisions next year. Or maybe it won’t. It could be 5 acts. It might be 76 trombones and 4 ferrets in an overcoat.

I've killed a few, honest! But I picked 'epic #SciFi' so many could live.

You can get away with more darlings *if* you follow the rule that everything has to serve (at least) two purposes. E.g. a scene might do worldbuilding *and* char dev.
