I could estimate what font/size/leading would fit an article of X number of words into Y number of column inches. Send to typesetter to type article & specs to a fridge-sized machine to churn out the columns, to cut & paste to a board.

In the 90s, my college had a planetarium, and I took a course & learned how to operate the device, compose a lesson, and I put together shows about parallax and constellations changing over time. (Set to instrumental songs by the Cure)

The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

I know some people are going to say "I don't need to use "AI", I can do it myself" is an arrogant statement, and... yeah, it is. I'm really proud of the things I can do. I worked really hard to be able to do them. I think that pride is earned. And I want other people to feel it, too.
