thinking about it, i think one of the main cruxes behind not caring to do cons anymore is that their logistics have rendered their core appealing mechanic untenable.

I knew where it was all going with hardware prices (lesson learned from crypto and COVID), so I've built a new PC this March after only using laptop for a few years. It still sucks to see this mess happening again, gaming became unaffordable for a lot of people.
