Wolverine needs to be sent to a nice farm upstate with plenty of room to run around and other "cool asshole" characters to play with. No, no, we can't go visit, it's not allowed. He's very happy there and we will always remember him, but we can never see him again.

I've seen multiple reports of YouTube using AI to "upscale" and redub (even stuff in English) videos without permissionor warning, and apparently the best use case for "tech no one wants" is "force it on people anyway to justify our investment".

It's striking that even in the defenses of Bari Weiss's broader thing no one ever says that she or her website does good work. Even the people that admire the success she's had selling lite reactionary shit to rich old guys top out at "people do seem to like it." You could defend Jake Paul that way.
