Hmm, what’s that sound like rushing water…? 😳

I had a similar experience with a couple of friends of mine. In the middle of the night during a dramatic thunderstorm- we jumped some fences and walked all the way into a spillway tunnel at a dam in Colorado. 1/4
inspectors walk within a 23' tall smooth concrete-lined sewer tunnel near the end of construction. the lining looks fresh and clean. there is a small trickling stream of water at the bottom of the tunnel. up ahead, two figures walks into the darkness, illuminated only by the light in their hands.

My digital painting technique is unique. I basically avoid gradients, instead carefully applying uniform colors within selected areas. This is because I want to personally control the silhouette—light, shadow, and the colors themselves.
