You can reject the far-right's framing of Antifa as a centralized organization without denying the existing of the movement and groups within it that organize against fascists.

This analogy doesn't make sense. Antifa is just short for antifascist and there are many groups that call themselves antifa that do meaningful organizing against the far-right. Pretending they don't exist instead of defending them makes them easier to repress.
