Somehow yesterday, as a 400~ lbs man, did 1 pull up at the gym.
Yes 1 but I'm fully surprised that as I tried to do it my body kept moving, the gym was empty and I was like "I'll try even if I think I'm not gonna do it" hurt like a bitch on my fingers and shoulder though so stopped.

Usually, when I need an appointment at the VA, I can get one within 2 weeks. Today, I called for an appointment and the next available is in May, 2026. Firing 35K people will do that. The Trump administration hates veterans.
