They have structured themselves so that the tactics used by the SPLC will not work. Without a strong political will to press this, I don't think it's gonna go anywhere.

This is a completely different case than what was brought against the Imperial Klan and AN. This is a suit against the leader of PF as an individual as PF is not a legal entity. No one is getting unmasked here.

Unfortunately there has been no movement on actually getting these assets. These guys have learned from the failures of their predecessors and don't centralize assets and there is little political will to make them pay up.

That's not totally true. The KKK is not a single group. The SPLC bankrupted one Klan group with a lawsuit, which was great, and existed as part of a broader strategy that included other tactics and targets like street fighting and pressure campaigns against all Klan groups.

Look what happened when Pritzker sent the state troopers into the Broadview ICE jail to "protect the protesters." They all got beaten and blocking the driveways became impossible because of the all the extra pigs on the ground. This also allowed ICE to dedicate more units to kidnapping.
