With more people joining Bluesky, seems like time to do another intro post.

I'm a sci-fi writer based in Naarm (Melbourne). If I'm known for anything, it's probably The Voidwitch Saga, which I call astropunk rather than space opera.

Repo Virtual is my (lost thanks to covid?) cyberpunk novel.

...At one point I said her name, and she said "Your Maddison."

Now, my high af brain heard "You're Maddison" and for a brief moment I lived within a reality where I was actually Maddison who'd been so high she was convinced she was Corey Jae.

(Though admittedly on rewatch I just don't care about The Wall and Post-Wall storylines. It's a one-note gag that should have been dropped after season 1.)
