Caufield is such a talent. Sneaks one in to make it 4-2. This game is becoming a mess for Boston.

Rather than take the L handed to it by a judge two weeks ago who voided its ban on wind power, the White House has employed the only move it knows: doubling down — in this case through the invention of “national security concerns.”

It's both! I'm quite sure it's both!
One explanation for Bari killing the story is that she did so as a public act of fealty to the administration. But another is that, as an inexperienced journalist, she doesn’t understand that a refusal to go on the record is a kind of comment in and of itself

Here’s a gift link to this stunner Washpost story, quoting the 60 Minutes correspondent on the CECOT story, who accuses Bari Weiss of spiking the piece all because the Trump Administration wouldn’t comment.

Sounds like the kind of story you’d want to run right away!

Jim Hunt was a giant. North Carolina made tremendous progress under his thoughtful leadership, particularly in education. His economic development focus helped the state transform from a dependence on tobacco and textiles to a center of technological innovation. Quite a life.
