When Tech zeroed in on Franklin, I wondered if he’d try to bring Pry onboard too. I’m good with this. Pry was ill equipped to be a head coach but he legitimately did a lot to strengthen the program.
Breny Pry, fired as Virginia Tech head coach in September, is expected to return to the staff as defensive coordinator, @theathletic.com has learned. Still working to be finalized.

Pry and James Franklin go back decades together. (CBS first reported).

My dad abhors any negative comments about immigrants. Asked him recently why he’s so strong on it: ‘Because we’re always happy to take the rich and clever ones. Which means it’s not about disliking immigrants. It’s about disliking the poor and vulnerable. And that’s a bad human instinct.’
This is so disgusting.

Elanga’s best performance of the season by far. Not a high bar to clear, I know, but he’s been everything promised today: quick, clever, aggressive.

US Soccer is playing coy with its "Name the Mascot" contest since we all know this dog is Striker and he is reincarnated from 1994.
