Moving from the Prairies to Vancouver meant getting to try new cuisines from across the world and find new loves. My food story though is how having friends prepare for my family when we couldn't due to a medical emergency warms me to this day.

Alrighty folks:
I have had upper back pain for just over a week now. There is nothing we can trace it to, injury wise, other than maybe 'slept poorly'

I'm using over-the-counter painkillers. It blunts it.

What's some advice for resolving it that ISN'T chiropractic or massage therapy?

Fun fact about the Salvation Army: they use a form of substance use treatment called work therapy. Oh, and by treatment, I mean they have people who have been convicted of drug charges work for their stores & warehouses in exchange for room, board, around a $1 a week, and minimal actual therapy.

I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.
