Reminder to ecommerce customers as we get into the meat of the holiday shipping season: once the post office scans in your order, it's no longer our fault if the package is lost/delayed.
Scolding us for "not shipping" your package when the tracking shows it's been delayed in transit is incorrect!

I was raised by herbalists, my parents met in Star Trek Club in high school, and I literally taste feelings & ideas. I was always destined to start the first fandom tea company & infuse witchcraft into custom teas that taste like people's fave memories, d&d characters, etc.
So niche, so inevitable.
