But we have our first votes in IA HD 7

This is a Trump +51 district so not a flip opportunity but hoping for a big overperformance!

👀 👀
Democrats need to gain 11 seats in GA to flip the House.

HD-121 was #15 on my list of 21 targets.
It’s over. All precincts reporting.

Gisler flipped the Georgia HD 121 (2024 R+22).

December 10, 2025 at 1:27 AM
*whispers* I doubt it means much for the midterms AND Dems are having a very, VERY good night in Florida....
Congratulations to Monica Matteo-Salinas for winning the Miami Beach City Commission, Group 1 seat. Her victory ensures that Democrats maintain a hard-fought majority on the Commission, capable of governing Miami Beach effectively and responsibly!

👀 Not getting my hopes up just yet.....
Clarke’s combined EV in the 2024 race was about 2-1 for the D, that was an R+22 race overall

It’s 86-14 for the Dem tonight

Big, big day in specials tomorrow. Dems have a chance to flip the Miami Mayoral office and a state House seat in Georgia. We’re also defending a close-ish state House seat in FL and the Mayoral office in Albuquerque.

Get ready for a fun one tomorrow!
It’s Election Day tomorrow!

And it’s a big one because Democrats have a big shot at flipping the mayor’s office in Miami.

And also they’re aiming for an upset flip in the state House in Georgia.

Both on my guide of elections to watch. boltsmag.org/whats-on-the...

Really interesting to see the breakout by generation.

Again, still very very early but this kind of stuff is always fascinating to me to see what & who is breaking through.
Yale 2028 Democratic Primary Poll
Gavin Newsom 25%
Kamala Harris 18%
AOC 16%
Pete Buttigieg 14%
Josh Shapiro 4%
Tim Walz 3%

This is very, very well said. And I think boils down well what 2028 is going to be, or at least a big part of it:

- What have you done over the last 4 years to push back?
- What's your plan to rebuild?
- What's your plan for retribution?
Yeah, a big chunk of 2028, not the entire ballgame but a big chunk, is going to be "what did you do for us in the past four years?" and nobody's gonna get to do the surprised pikachu face if the folks with good answers to that question have an early leg up
December 8, 2025 at 1:37 AM
I’ve pretty much decided that the best thing for me over the next few years is to just block people that are going to shit on potential Dem presidential candidates.

Centrists on AOC, Lefties on Newsom, whoever on Shapiro, don’t care.

2028 is the ballgame. Get serious or keep shit to yourself.
December 8, 2025 at 12:26 AM
Fully agree with my pal @purrtah.bsky.social. Feel how you will about Josh Shapiro. This is a win/win for everybody. If he and his team help orchestrate a big midterm in PA, he puts himself in a strong potential position for 2028.

I like it.
Shapiro's strategy for 2028 White House run starts with 2026
The Pennsylvania governor aims to boost Democrats in midterm races — and position himself as the party's most electable presidential contender.

Yes. That’s right Scotty boy. Perfect message for the midterms….

I will say, Reese Davis is actually doing an awesome job grilling the Committee Chair right now on ESPN.

I hate Notre Dame AND the chair's explanation of the Miami vs. Notre Dame vs. Alabama was absolute and total clownery.
December 7, 2025 at 5:58 PM
Looks like we had one more flip on Election Day than initially known! Love this!

If Alabama backs into the playoff because of fucking Duke, I swear to Christ….

Another fun tidbit about your boy. My partner has a side business making gourmet popcorn. The holidays are always an insane time so I’m helping him pump out a bunch of popcorn, peanut brittle and peppermint bark this morning.

Happy Saturday all! 🎄🎅❄️
