Major evolution in the GZDoom community tonight - the regular contributors finally had enough of the project lead, who had been very hard to work with for a long time. He dug in and told them "If you don't like it, go and make your own fork."

I guess. It's just a bit too wooden even for that in my opinion. But yeah, I enjoyed some of it as well. The story has some elements I really liked. So it's not a bad movie but I think I still prefer the original.

I did not know that years ago retailers would make the decision on whether an RPG game was allowed on the shelves or not.

So glad that thanks to digital copies, the success of games like BG3 or smaller indie titles is no longer beholden to physical retailers' whims.
