It’s also sad because when someone passes away you hear the whole “I wish we had more time” or “it’s not fair we didn’t get to do X y and z.” And that’s the problem. People think that everyone’s gunna always be there and they aren’t. That’s why it’s truly important to do what you can in the now.

I call the remakes reimaginings because that’s legit what they are because a lot of the original stuff is just gone and changed

I take care of a sick parent, 24/7, I also do photography, run a YouTube channel, edit videos and photos, and am constantly on the phone trying to make sure the state and government don’t screw me and my dad over and I can find time still. People just don’t realize how valuable time truly is.

Saw @retroblast.bsky.social talking about Halo and it got me thinking about this set going dark when the servers of halo 3 went down and I just remember a lot of the great late nights into early mornings playing this.
A year outta high school, not knowing what to do but Halo was there for me.

And let me guess, they denied you? Been there with my family way back in the 90s. One critically sick parent and the other newly disabled and the state was like “no you are ok”

I send memes and check in on everyone but rarely do I hear back at times. Then I try to get us all together for my birthday or play games like the old days. Try to plan months ahead and people don’t commit.
And meeting new people or even just trying to date is annoying these days tbh.

4am thoughts.
I think one of the things really affecting my depression lately is that the guys I grew up with for 30 years are no longer around as much due to them either being in relationships or now living far away.

Grew up gaming with these guys & I’m the only one left in the old neighborhood.

For real. This generation is by far the worst. People can crap on the ps3 and its issues but least they tried then.

9 years ago I took this while my best friend and I were playing it. We were trying to do all the challenges in the game. There was only like 3 challenges we never got sadly, or 4 but they were ones that were all complete chances if you got em.

Seeing people cry and complain that Dragonball FighterZ is trash and the worst fighting game right now.
Really? I think you are all just about clickbait. I played 2 hours of that game after the new patch last night and it was like old times.

I get change can be scary but the games still a blast!
