We're family and we rise or fall together is real insurance. And you're right, it's not ever going to work for the hired help. It's simple sure, but costly in a way that I don't think billionaires would ever want to pay. You can't just buy it.

I feel like there is a clever way to bind your guard. But to be fair this is not a problem I've thought a lot about.

It's certainly not an easy problem in general. "How do we get on the same side in an apocalypse" spans many literary genres.

Milk or Greek yogurt. I'm vegetarian and if you're vegan I eat a ton of lentils. I honestly don't need to supplement that much to hit like 180-200 grams a day. Also a ton of vegetarian refried beans.

The correct amount of lead to be exposed to is not zero, but is very low, and yes it should be limited. Which is perhaps why you should take the articles advice and consider limiting protein supplements rather than trying to avoid all lead (which is not possible).

Right, and that one product has a relatively high amount of arsenic. It is nearly impossible to make a plant based product without any lead, because plants naturally take up lead. Your salad, that will have lead in it. You should keep eating salad though.

Unfortunately it feels like just an aside to this article, the FDA should be doing this. We unleashed supplements in 1994. Americans should be able to buy any food supplements they want and not have to worry about safety.

As nutritionists point out, your average American doesn't need more protein. But I lift pretty damn frequently, so if I don't have a ton of protein I'm leaving a lot of gains on the table.

You can do so empirically, by tearing off corners of paper triangles and lining them up OR folding the corners together.

And I wouldn't say it's not rigorous because you can take many things as axiomatic that are equivalent. It's just not the usual treatment.
