Hi my name's Axe and I draw stuff for John Dies At The End, my personal projects, and also Arcane apparently. I post about those 3, Pokémon, and dumb shit that happens in my life. I do animation & writing too :3c follow me if you like any of those things

I actually had to explain to someone recently that the AI that tells enemies in video games how to react to player inputs is NOT genAI and has existed for literal decades. they genuinely had no idea there was a difference. this shit has poisoned the well so bad.

I hate AI, but I think we should think more critically about blanket-condemning anything that could be ai. Big genAI, which steals copyrighted works, poisons our collective knowledge, and consumes unconscionable amounts of energy is BAD. On-device ai that lets me search my photos for dogs is FINE.

r/AmlOverreacting u/AlphaDPS1 • 1d AIO Gf left me because I listen to Jordan Peterson podcast So yeah, my girlfriend broke up with me after finding out I listen to Jordan Peterson sometimes. I don't even agree with everything he says, I just find some stuff entertaining or thought-provoking. She said it was a dealbreaker and that it "says a lot" about me. it rly annoys me that since my dad gave me the "mandate" to drop 15lbs (1 stone/6.8kilo) I've been feeling insecure in my body Again. I'm just used to that shitty commentary coming from my asshole mom so it coming from him both felt like she'd got to him And felt more painful
