Last week, ICE arrested and separated a father and son after a routine check-in. Six-year-old Yuanxin had just enrolled in the first grade at an elementary school in Astoria. Now he's in custody, alone. ICE won't say where. This cruelty serves no one. It must end.

The only logical response to the daily horrors these apps “allow” us to share is nothing less than radical action, but these corporate stooges will silent us as soon as we express the obvious reaction to this overwhelmingly flagrant evil. I am beyond sick of this fucking shit.

Long overdue rewatch of “A Woman Under The Influence” after one of my favorite podcasts rapped about it last week. It somehow cheered me up in my manic state, so I found a headshot signed by the iconic Gena Rowlands on eBay for $30 and it also cheers me up. Armchair psychologists welcome.

Been enjoying the recent @screwitcomics TMNT podcast eps, so I was inspired to dust off my back issues on this rare rainy LA evening/weekend for a revisit. There was magic between Eastman & Laird in 1984-87 and it’s bittersweet to see it fade so quickly after TMNT 11.
