Remember when Trump very confidently stated he could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and get away with it?

Maybe there are reasons why he was so damn sure about that.

Maybe he’d already been getting away with far worse.

Trump went through all the trouble of releasing redacted Epstein Files then uploaded the files but used Acrobat to redact text making it highlightable and now the real files have leaked showing Trump was accused of raping a teenager who was found dead

I went to law school with Josh Blackman, we were at the Scalia School of Law at the same time (though not in the same year).

To see a glimpse into the way the right nurtures, develops, and supports their legal talent, read his resignation from Heritage.

Thanks Santa!
No, people are not exaggerating the significance of what's going on at Heritage. We're talking massive capital flight, in every sense of the word. It will never be the same, and it will be less powerful.
How racist do you have to be to freak out Hans von Spakovsky???

It’s interesting that the administration wants you to know that Bari Weiss is in league with them.

LOL LMAO
Anyone can read the redactions of the Epstein Files by just copying and pasting them into a word doc. The people at Trump's Justice Department are so stupid they used Adobe Acrobat to black out the documents.

Even 5 years ago if you had told me CBS News would go this way whereas the WSJ wouldn’t it would have surprised me — ultimately I think purveyors of business news are the only ones insulated from these dynamics because when rich people are paying you for market-moving news you can’t mess around.

The US government has deported a US citizen with a Maryland birth certificate they claim is fake.

This goes way beyond even denaturalizing an immigrant citizen. This person was born here.
"Her family has now been told she has been deported, despite US District Judge Brendan Hurson ruling Thursday that she could not be deported pending a hearing...attorneys said Monday that they have...confirm[ed] with the hospital she was born in Maryland." https://bit.ly/3MMdJvz

"On two other flights, two of the passengers, respectively, were women who would be possible witnesses in a Maxwell case," the assistant US attorney said in the email.
Flight records show Trump "traveled on Epstein's private jet many more times than previously has been reported (or that we were aware)," an assistant US attorney from the Southern District of New York wrote in an email dated January 8, 2020.

The new Epstein documents include several tips that were collected by the FBI about Trump's involvement with Epstein and parties at their properties in the early 2000s. The documents do not show whether any follow-up investigations took place or whether any of the tips were corroborated.

The docs were reposted just before midnight. It was not immediately clear whether further redactions of the documents had been made.

Team Trump was out there working with Russia to hack and release pics of Hunter Biden’s dick.

Then over the next four years the Biden DoJ just sat on a trove of evidence that Trump was Epstein’s rape wingman.
