Thought I remembered Dmitriev’s name from somewhere. Reuters reports he also attended the infamous Seychelles meetup with Betsy DeVos’ evil cartoon villain brother Erik Prince:

During the first Trump administration, Dmitriev established contacts with the president's team to reset relations between Washington and Moscow. In a 2017 meeting with Erik Prince, the former CEO of Blackwater and a Trump ally, Dmitriev discussed U.S.-Russia relations, according to a Department of Justice report published by Special Counsel Robert Mueller in 2019. Mueller's team was investigating ties between the Trump team and Russia. The meeting, which took place in the Seychelles, was one of the initial points of contact between Russia and the U.S. after Trump took office. Prince did not immediately respond to a request for comment. In a separate meeting with a friend of Kushner's, Dmitriev drafted a reconciliation plan to strengthen ties between the U.S. and Russia, the report says.

Sen. Lisa Murkowski ea @lisamurkowski This afternoon, the House voted almost unanimously to pass H.R. 4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act. The bill requires the Department of Justice to publish all unclassified records, documents, communications, and materials in the Department's possession that relate to the investigation and prosecution of Jeffery Epstein-including any individuals named or referenced in connection with the investigation. The bill now comes to the Senate, and I support its immediate consideration and will vote for it as written. As the co-lead of a nearly identical counterpart bill, S. 2557, I urge my Senate colleagues to join me. We need to enforce transparency and integrity at the highest levels of government. It's past time that all involved in Epstein's illegal operation be brought to justice, so the survivors of these awful crimes can have closure.
