Memoralizing these screencaps someone saved of when the French Bookstore offered to fight @rdotspoon.bsky.social one-armed in a parking lot because I posted a pre-order link to my Tor book.

The bookstore yelling that she saw an "ad" for my book and that she's tired of "Amazon Authors" and Rebekah calmly telling her that she could just see if the books would be available via her distributors.

Me pointing out that she didn't see an AD for my book, someone she follows RTd my twitter pointing out that it was up for preorder, but was so new the print version wasn't available yet.

The bookstore offering to schedule a fight with Rebekah in the epic tweet: "Let's schedule a fight. I have one working arm. And am ready to go. Where are we fighting?"
