Clueless Polly Toynbee, fails to see what a clueless, over-promoted twat Wes Streeting is. He has no clue about strategy and his approach is nothing less than chaotic. He’s doing more damage than good and would be a joke of a PM.

This week’s doctors’ strike is another test of Wes Streeting’s mettle. He is right not to buckle | Polly Toynbee
No one denies their deep grievances – but after seeing improvements and winning generous pay settlements, the BMA is overplaying its hand, says Guardian columnist Polly Toynbee

Watching this should make it clear to ALL Scots what's been going on for years at the BBC. It's time we had our own public service broadcaster. In this film many small nations and regions around the world have that but not Scotland or Wales.

The Guardian yet again conflating England with UK. What is it about these stupid journalists that makes them think England and the UK are the same thing?

In Scotland you serve up relentless and shameless propaganda every day.

BBC bosses resign over Trump bias. Why did no one resign when a BBC reporter faked an answer to his question of Alex Salmond? A question which was answered fully for over 7 minutes but the reporter said there was no answer. BBC bias is ok if it undermines Scottish Independence?

Labour’s recent hike to tuition fees in Wales "shows they can’t be trusted to protect free tuition fees for Scottish students" the SNP claims.

Tuition fees in Wales have been increased by Labour to £9,535 a year, matching the hike in England – with both now set to rise annually by inflation.

The rule of law has delivered:

Profiteering
Poverty
Poor housing
Low wages/pensions
Queues for hospital appointments
Premature death to many
Sewage in rivers
Cuts in spending on essential services
Closure of libraries, community centres.

Whose law, who rules? Govts appease corporations/rich.
Nothing will change until the political system is freed from the clutches of corporations and the super-rich
The law is being used to enforce existing power structures for the benefit of the few

Given the party's refusal to act on Pochin's brazen racism, it should be as socially unacceptable to vote for Reform as it was in the early 2000s to vote for the BNP.

And we should be prepared to say this to people's faces.

If you support Reform - a party that wants to strip Indefinite Leave to Remain from people who have lived in the UK for decades, working, paying taxes, and raising families. You do not "have legitimate concerns about illegal immigration". You're just a racist and a tool of the super rich.

Read this thread. Starmer’s complicity in Israel’s genocide.
Sir Keir Starmer has been specifically named in a UN report for complicity in Israel's genocide.

The report states that the UK government played "a key role in military collaboration with Israel... a collective crime... with detailed knowledge and cooperation in the destruction of Gaza." 🧵

Why do we have to have leaky and dangerous (remember they are targets too) nuclear power stations to supply England’s energy needs?
We are not acceptable collateral damage!

So, Starmer is going to be visiting Scotland more often in the months leading up to GE2026. Maybe the media could get off their arses and ask him these questions.
