Food and non-alcoholic drink inflation is at 5.1%
Fresh food quality at an all time low (Just my opinion).

Yeah that’s about right. Last I saw was 97% but yeah, essentially everyone claims. You’d come a different way if you meant not to claim, cos this way you’re guaranteed to be intercepted by authorities - which is your aim as an asylum seeker.
