Please listen to this exceptional segment from a speech by J.B. Pritzker. It explains everything that's happening now in #MAGAmerica.

In case you missed it ...
France and Germany want us back in the Single Market at the very least. They were even willing to pursue the idea of an "associate EU membership" for us to enable it.

Barnier has said many times over the years that the door is always open for us to rejoin the EU. We'd lose the rebate we used to have, of course. But anything would be better than continuing our isolation and decline with Brexit.

The EU have said several times that the door is always open.

We don't need a referendum to join the Single Market. (We didn't have one to leave it). But the EU may insist on one either before negotiations begin or afterwards to confirm the result. That makes sense.

1. The EU keep saying they will welcome it.
2. You don't join or rejoin anything overnight. It takes time, with steps and checks along the way.
3. The process can be halted by the EU at any time. So there is no risk.

Naaa. Starmer is just a crap politician who's driven himself down a Blue Labour dead end, and he's now trying to save his job by throwing Remainers a few crumbs.

Even the ones who fought hardest for Brexit now admit it's shit.

Russia no longer has infinite resources. They're broke.

They aren't the problem.
It's the non-voters who need to be convinced. They are the ones who swung it last time.

Is Fiona Bruce paid by Putin, too? 🤔

Also ... Surely, the use of hypnotherapy would be to convince the patient that they'd grown, rather than actually growing them. That, ultimately, would be a much healthier alternative to implants.

It'll soon be 10 years since the Brexit ref. So much has changed since then. If Brexit is the cause of our economic problems, as the government now admits, then surely we need to ask ourselves whether we want to carry on down the Brexit road or turn around and head back to the Single Market and EU.

Personally, I think he's just trying to keep his job. He painted himself into a corner on Brexit. So the difficulty he's in is all self-made.

SPOILER ALERT: He'll invvoce the insurrection act anyway.

This narrative doesn't make sense. You can't blame Brexit for harming the economy ... (UK businesses, for example, lose £37bn a year due to a drop in EU trade) ... yet at the same time categorically rule out returning even to the Single Market. So Starmer needs to do a masssive U-turn or step down.
Starmer ‘planning to blame Farage and Brexit’ for budget tax hikes
