Absolutely all of the above! Sex scenes are all about the entire journey, not just the climax. At least in my mind.

Absolutely all of the above! Sex scenes are all about the entire journey, not just the climax. At least in my mind.

Slow burn! I'm of the mind that you can't fall in love with someone you don't know. It takes a long time to get to know someone. Lust can burn hot and fast, but is fleeting. Love, not matter how strong or weak it is, often burns for life. I try to showcase that in my romance arcs. #Smutcember

Slow burn! I'm of the mind that you can't fall in love with someone you don't know. It takes a long time to get to know someone. Lust can burn hot and fast, but is fleeting. Love, not matter how strong or weak it is, often burns for life. I try to showcase that in my romance arcs. #Smutcember
Oh yeah I totally had one of my character's hair turn permanently white so I could make some important, story-driven plot point have physical consequences. There's no way I did it just because I think it would be cute!
