Ever wanted to play SpikeOut but had trouble setting up the emulator for it? I've made a script that all sets it up for you + adds some useful macros and integrates it into your Steam Library, so you can easily launch it via a shortcut.

Major evolution in the GZDoom community tonight - the regular contributors finally had enough of the project lead, who had been very hard to work with for a long time. He dug in and told them "If you don't like it, go and make your own fork."

I think Ninja Spirit is also one such run 'n gun classic, which then recently got a spiritual successor called Shinobi Non Grata that plays more closely to Hard Corps than it does the former

And first B ship. Honestly it was a cakewalk, had to do some adjustments to the route, but it was nothing hard. The high speard just trivialized a lot of encounters. Boss are slightly harder as you are slow, but main difficulty of the game is in the stages

Unless you're specifically aiming to play with .wads that take advantage of GZDoom's scripting features, I would heavily recommend DSDA-Doom (running it through dsda-launcher) for even more casual end users - its default settings are a good deal less annoying than GZD's filtering and jumping.
