Born in a log cabin on the shores of Gitchi-Gami. I was dancing in a kickline at the Dog & Sled Saloon when one night a wild young stranger came in. Moose Jaw SK now home.

A month ago I called the Minister of Health's office to speak to him about the critical shortage of urologists in Regina and across the province. I was told to send an email, which I did. No response. I sent another email a few days ago, no response. Is the Minister too busy trying to sell windows?

As UCP Leader & Your Premier, here is my official response to Albertan’s vocal criticism accusing me of politicalizing a government issued License Plate with UCP marketing slogans:

“Yah I’m just not seeing it”

Pam Bondi has basically said anyone visiting the US is subject to arrest and incarceration at any point, if law officials deem the individual a “threat”.

Bang goes the rest of the international tourism trade.

"A government that claims it can’t ‘afford’ decent class sizes and yet pours $567,000,000 every year into private schools is just lying."

Here’s the government’s track record on funding education, currently Alberta public funding is $3,950 per student less than the Canadian average, and Alberta private school funding is $5,000 per student more than the average. In fact, the only reason the Canadian […]

A graph of per student funding in Alberta since 2005 in adjusted 2024 dollars.

It shows funding flat around $12,000 per student until a rise in 2016 under the NDP but then dropping precipitously from 2022, currently just over $11,000.

Meanwhile funding for private school students has steadily risen and is now only $1,500/student less than public.

Also marked are Canadian averages in both categories:
Alberta public funding is $3,950 less than the average
Alberta private funding is $5,000 more than the average

🗣Canada🇨🇦 invested over $15 billion💰 in #Stellantis to secure Canadian🇨🇦 jobs & #EV production in #Ontario⚙️.

⚠️Shifting Jeep #manufacturing to the U.S🇺🇸 after taking that funding isnt a “business decision”, its a breach👎 of contract & violation of federal law⚖️. #cndpoli #cdnpoli #onpoli #PublicityStunt
If the fed govt has invested that kind of money maybe they need to nationalize that plant. Then call some car:truck makers from overseas and ask them if they’d like a plant to build their products in. Let’s make a deal!

So- he took the last $8 a woman had to benefit himself and I’m supposed to find that….heartwarming?

Didn’t see him once say he handed her $8 out of his pocket back.

Okay so in all my Blue Jays excitement I somehow missed Ben Mulroney taking over a Global News politics show, and I have questions, all of them being "Did they go searching for the worst person available or did everyone else in Canada decline"

Pierre Poilievre lecturing Canadians about “merit” is peak irony from a man whose whole career has been political patronage.

CBC cuts through the spin so Canadians can see the difference between slogans and substance.

Wow. That’s some “democracy” you’ve got going there USA.
My mom grew up in an area of the prairies that was well treed and had a lot of small sloughs. She always called them Slough Pumpers. So that’s what I’ve always thought they actually were. Think I was in my 40s when I first heard the word Bittern. 🙃

"Restore the merit principle," I scream, having apparently developed selective amnesia about losing my job based on a complete and total lack of merit

FYI for BC residents, if you want a COVID booster/flu shot, I was able to search in my emails for a previous "Book your next vaccine appointment" from a previous year and click on the link and it just let me schedule my covid vaccine.

Just watched a clip of Poilievre talking about Charlie Kirk, who killed him, and why. And it was not very different from what Trump says: blaming the authoritarian, violent left. It's an ideologically warped distortion field. Pierre may be worried about the leadership review. Or he might believe it.

If you’re a man in the room and a public official says this about your female colleague, you don’t continue as if nothing happened.
Trump ignores a question from a woman reporter but says, "I just like to watch her talk. Good job. Thank you darling."
I don’t even recognize the Jays. How did they manage to forget how to do everything? Lukes is the only one who remembers how to hit the ball.
