The notion that the use of race by the criminal punishment system is fairly unproblematic but the use of race in the service of addressing inequality is highly suspect has been dominant at the Supreme Court for decades. The current court has taken this to new extremes.

Wind and solar smashed records on Saturday hitting a new peak of 79.8% electricity share on the NEM - without huge curtailment they would have produced 113% of demand.

However, the painful stalemate could last, and more innocent people could suffer.

🇬🇧 The UK has imposed sanctions against Rosneft and Lukoil and a number of other individuals and legal entities. In total, 90 more items were added to the sanctions list.

The sanctions include 51 ships of the "shadow fleet", number of banks, national payment card system and a number of individuals.

After a long pause Russians have resumed attacks supported by columns of armored vehicles. They tried to reach their forces north of Pokrovsk, but were destroyed long before their reached their intended destination. Around one dozen Russian vehicles have been destroyed.
