A fun fact is that Roman Emperor Nero's successors sought to erase him from history in a practice known as damnatio memoriae, including by dismantling parts of his extravagant "Domus Aurea" palace.

And it kind of feels like we'll have an opportunity to do something similar again here in the US 💁‍♀️

because the Speaker has decided to keep the House out of “regular session.”

of the two-year term provided by the Constitution.
